Can you work with my existing theme?
Yes. Share the theme name and what you want to change. We’ll check whether it’s better to extend the current theme or take another approach. You don’t need a full rebuild for every improvement.
Do I need to know exactly what to ask for?
No. Tell us what your customers or team are struggling with. Reference sites, screenshots, and a short explanation help us suggest a practical scope.
How do you price the work?
We review your brief and provide a written quote. The scope sets out deliverables, revisions, timeline, and any separate costs. If your budget is tight, we can discuss a smaller first phase.
Do you guarantee a PageSpeed score or higher sales?
No. We can measure performance, find bottlenecks, and agree improvements to test. Results depend on the theme, apps, content, and traffic. We don’t promise rankings, sales increases, or a perfect score.
Do I need to send my login?
No. Don’t put passwords in the form. If we need store access, we’ll agree the necessary Shopify collaborator permissions with you.
