What are Instant and Chassis?
They are our private Shopify themes, available as starting points for a custom store build. They are not sold through the Shopify Theme Store. We choose the right foundation with you, then agree the design and changes in your project scope.
Is the theme exclusive to my brand?
Not by default. The underlying Instant or Chassis theme can be used for other projects. Your store’s design and custom work are agreed separately. If you need exclusive code, ownership terms, or a fully bespoke theme, tell us before we quote.
Can you change the layout and features?
Yes. Tell us which pages and shopping features you need. We’ll confirm what can be built in the theme, what needs an app, and what depends on your Shopify plan before work starts.
What does a store build cost?
Request a quote with your brief. We scope the work around your budget and give you a written price before you commit. Shopify subscriptions, paid apps, third-party licenses, and any extra work are identified separately.
Can I edit the store after launch?
We plan reusable sections and settings so your team can update everyday content in Shopify. The quote explains the handover, documentation, and support included. Some custom functionality may still need a developer.
Will you change my live store?
We work in an unpublished theme where possible. You review the build before we agree a launch window. Access, backups, testing, and launch responsibilities are confirmed with you first.
