Search results#

Control the search page, filters, sorting, and empty results.

Add this section#

Open the Search template in the theme editor. This section is already on that template.

Settings#

The settings below follow the same order as the theme editor.

General settings#

• Color scheme: Choose a color scheme from Theme settings > Colors.

• Heading color scheme: Choose a color scheme from Theme settings > Colors.

• Results per page: Use the slider from 8 to 48.

• Columns: Choose Fit the screen, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

Suggestions#

• Menu: Choose a navigation menu. Shown before a search and when nothing is found.

• Heading: Enter the text to show.

Mobile layout#

• Columns: Choose 1 or 2.

Blocks#

Custom Liquid#

General settings#

• Liquid code: Add the custom content supplied by your app or developer. Add app snippets or other code.

App block#

Add a block supplied by an installed app. Its settings come from that app.

Tips#

• Add your real content before fine-tuning spacing and colors.
• Check the section at both computer and phone widths. Use Mobile layout for the phone-specific choices.
