Contact form#
Give shoppers a contact form and optional store details.
Add this section#
Select Add section > Contact form on the template you want to edit.
Settings#
The settings below follow the same order as the theme editor.
General settings#
- Color scheme: Choose a color scheme from Theme settings > Colors.
- Heading: Enter and format a short line of text.
- Text: Enter and format the text.
- Form heading: Enter the text to show.
- Show phone field: Turn this on or off.
- Show order number field: Turn this on or off.
- Topics: Enter the longer text to show. One per line. Shoppers pick one, and it arrives with the message. Leave empty to hide.
- Show subject field for the last topic: Turn this on or off. Choosing the last topic, such as Something else, asks for a subject.
Section padding#
- Top padding: Use the slider from 0 to 160 px.
- Bottom padding: Use the slider from 0 to 160 px.
Mobile layout#
- Top padding: Use the slider from 0 to 120 px.
- Bottom padding: Use the slider from 0 to 120 px.

- Label: Enter the text to show.
- Text: Enter and format a short line of text.
- Link: Choose the page or address to open. For an email address use mailto:, for a phone number tel:.
Custom Liquid#
General settings#
- Liquid code: Add the custom content supplied by your app or developer. Add app snippets or other code.
App block#
Add a block supplied by an installed app. Its settings come from that app.
Tips#
- Add your real content before fine-tuning spacing and colors.
- Check the section at both computer and phone widths. Use Mobile layout for the phone-specific choices.
