Blog#

Control the heading, filters, post layout, and pagination on a blog page.

Add this section#

Open a Blog template in the theme editor. This section is already on that template.

Settings#

The settings below follow the same order as the theme editor.

General settings#

• Color scheme: Choose a color scheme from Theme settings > Colors.

• Heading color scheme: Choose a color scheme from Theme settings > Colors.

• Subheading: Enter the text to show.

Layout#

• Layout: Choose Cards or Log sheet. Log sheet lists each post on one row with its number, date and a small picture.

• Columns: Choose 2, 3, or 4.

• Posts per page: Use the slider from 3 to 24.

• Show the newest post larger: Turn this on or off.

• Image ratio: Choose Landscape, Wide, Square, or Portrait.

Details#

• Show tag filter: Turn this on or off.

• Show featured image: Turn this on or off.

• Show post numbers: Turn this on or off. Stamped on each picture, counted from the first post.

• Show date: Turn this on or off.

• Show author: Turn this on or off.

• Show reading time: Turn this on or off.

• Show excerpt: Turn this on or off.

Mobile layout#

• Columns: Choose 1 or 2.

• Show excerpt: Turn this on or off.

Blocks#

This section does not use blocks.

Tips#

• Add your real content before fine-tuning spacing and colors.
• Check the section at both computer and phone widths. Use Mobile layout for the phone-specific choices.
