FAQs

Two sections for questions and answers. FAQs is the plain list. FAQs with media puts a picture or video beside the questions that changes as each answer opens.

FAQs

Each question is a Collapsible row block with a question and answer. Add a Heading block between questions to create groups. Under Layout, choose the colour scheme, display questions as a divided list or coloured cards, set the content Width, and decide whether only one answer can remain open at a time. A narrower width usually makes longer answers easier to read.

Show a banner beside the questions adds a picture with words from the Banner block, at the width, side and ratio you choose.

FAQs with media

Each question is a Collapsible row block carrying its own picture or video. The first answer starts open; opening another swaps the media and closes the previous one. Under Media: its side, column width, vertical alignment, and one ratio for every item so the media area stays steady. On mobile the media appears inside each open answer.

The questions are the same accordion the cart page uses for its panels, so they open and close the same way everywhere.
