The gallery shows every photo

• Is the app switched on in your theme? Home shows App embed: Active or Off. See Getting started.
• Is this the published theme? The switch belongs to one theme. Turn it on in the theme you’re looking at.
• Does the color have photos? A color with no photos shows every photo, so shoppers never see an empty gallery. Check the product’s rows in the editor.
• Did you save? The bar at the top of the editor says when there are unsaved changes.

A change isn’t showing yet

Your storefront can keep showing the previous version for a short while. Wait a minute, then reload the product page.

Swatches don’t appear

• Check the swatches switch is on: on Variant swatches, or the Swatches bar in the editor.
• Check the option’s own switch in the product editor, for example Material swatches.
• A value with no photo or color keeps its plain button. Click its dot in the editor to give it one.

Two sets of swatches

Some themes draw swatches of their own. Turn on Replace your theme’s own swatches on the Variant swatches page to show only ours.

Check a page without the app

Add ?ivi=off to the end of a product page’s address to see it without the app, for comparison. It only affects your own browser tab.
